Regardless of what we learn today about ourselves, I think the key is still that we have a great product in small group tours, and we strive every day to make that product the best it can be. We have so many people who return from tour that let us know what a wonderful time they had, so we must be doing something right. Whether its Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Scotland, Australia, or New Zealand, small group touring with QueensLander strikes a overwhelmingly positive chord with folks, and we are grateful to be having that kind of impact. Makes getting up the morning worthwhile!

It's a Kai-Zen Blitz!
Today we have Inger Andress and Marla DiCarlo coming in to conduct a Kai-Zen Blitz! What's that, you say? Well, they are the principals at Kai-Zen Business Solutions, and they have spent quite a bit of time over the last month analyzing our business and its working dynamic in the office. So, today will be their formal unveiling of what they have learned about us, as well as their vision for where they think we should go. It should be interesting, no matter what happens!
