Out with the Old, In with the New!

Was helping a friend do their laundry last night. I know that's kind of weird, but we were just hanging out, I was there, so decided to help out. This person has so many nice clothes and is so meticulous with their care of them. I went home and got to looking at my own closet and realized I have so many things that I need to get rid of, so I've decided to purge my closet of the items I no longer wear. Then I restock with a few nice things I'll enjoy and use often.

Many times in life, we need to do the same thing with our lives and our business. We need to decide what things are important and what are not. We occasionally have to take stock and then purge that which no longer works, whether it be clothes, people, business practices, etc.

At QueensLander, we are frequently taking stock of what works and what doesn't within our small group tours. What hotels make our guests feel special? What restaurants give the service we've come to expect? What transport company handles our guests and their luggage in the most efficient, cost-effective way? What in-office habits are holding us back? What habits have been beneficial to us and should be continued? So, bottom line is, we do take our business seriously, and we'll continue to work to shed ourselves of anything to doesn't improve the small group tour experience for our guests.

Have a great week, and start purging!
