Osteria dei Baroncelli

Just a short walking distance from the entire artistic endeavor of Florence's city center, down a dark alley, is one of her oldest buildings, the former home of the noble Baroncelli family. The Baroncelli’s were powerful bankers, land owners, and art collectors. This building actually housed many of Florence’s greatest pieces, but now it’s the home of Osteria dei Baroncelli.

You will like this restaurant. It’s filled with architectural details, and her rooms dedicated to the great masters: Simone Martini, Rafaello, Caravaggio, and Leonardo.
