Our Monday morning staff meeting was energetic as well, with everyone contributing to the week's agenda. We also had a film crew in the office documenting our work for a reality TV show. In addition, our new Tour Captain Troy Bradley gave a demonstration of his welcome speech that he will give in Venice on his first tour, coming up in May.
Sales are also progressing at a brisk pace, and we are happy to have the year starting out on solid footing. The selling is the part we don't necessarily like to do, but in all actuality our tours sell themselves! The fun part for us is the execution of the tour, when we get to bring another culture alive for people who've not experienced Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Scotland, England, Wales, Austria, Switzerland, Australia, or New Zealand. That's the part we love! That's the part that makes us get up and do this over again every day. We never tire of making people happy! Pleasing our guests is top priority, and always will be at QueensLander!!
