Italy is famous for its wine, and Venice is no exception. The traditional wines out of the Veneto region are the Valpolicella and Bardolino reds, Pinot Grigio, Soave whites, and of course, the renowned sparkling Prosecco. With Venetian seafood, the whites are especially tasty.
Italy is vibrant, warm, sometimes challenging, and often inspiring. Much of what is special is the pursuit of pleasure. This sensuality is expressed through its food, wine and quality of life.
In Venice, with the water, the music, the food, and good friends, the mind and the senses are always engaged. It makes you feel alive, and if you love your meal, let your waiter know. This means “it’s delicioso!”
