After our morning seminar Saturday, we'll be meeting as a company during the afternoon to discuss ways we can improve our business across the board. Anything and everything will be on the table. It's designed to be a brainstorming session where we are open to any new ideas about improving sales, marketing, operations, processes, etc. Of course, improving our tours and the full experience for our customers is the most important thing! If we don't do that, then there's no reason to continue, is there? Small group tours to Italy, Ireland, Scotland, Spain, Portugal, Australia and New Zealand are our bread and butter. Ultimately, to make certain that the product itself is the best it can be is what will make us successful. We are always happy when guests come back with positive input, but we also welcome any suggestions for improvement. We do take your feedback very seriously!

Busy QueensLander Weekend Coming Up
Went to bed at 11pm last night, which is rare for me, so I got a good night's sleep and feel ready to face the day! It's Thursday, so the weekend is just around the corner, and we've got a busy one coming up. Saturday morning we'll be having our third free Italy travel seminar for anyone who wants to come out and learn about what to expect on their travels. Of course, this is totally free, but we wouldn't be disappointed if we could interest you in signing up for a tour! There will also be opportunity to sign up for one of the discounted Italian language courses offered through the Italian Institute.
