Rising Temps & Pleased Customers

We had 90 degrees in Denver yesterday on May 22nd! Just a little warm for the time of year if you ask me, but a cooler 75 today. Not that's more like it!

We have many tours in full swing right now. It will be that way right through September and early October. This is peak travel season, and we're doing everything in our power to make all of our tours run smoothly. We've been at this for quite a while now, so I think we have a pretty good idea of what we're doing. Still, you never want to take anything for granted. If even one customer comes back with a lackluster experience, it is cause for great concern!

We had this letter from a past customer this week. Thought I'd share with you: "I am just now putting my Italy pictures into an album, and had to let you know how fondly (we) think about our Queenslander May 2011 Italy's Great Cities and Amalfi Coast trip. I don't know how any other tour could have put so much, and so much unique, into that time. Sandy was fun, efficient, energetic, and so knowledgeable about the places we went, the quirks and customs we would find and how to make the most out of everything. Way before the trip, you and your office were wonderful in answering every concern, giving countless explanations and extending every courtesy, including a few financial breaks we really appreciated. Thank you, thank you again for it all!"

Based on the above note, we really do owe a tremendous debt to our Tour Captains. They are on the front lines of making our tours all that they can be, whether in Italy, Spain, Ireland, or Australia. My thanks to them for all they do!
