A Week of Positive Challenges!

This turned out to be one of the most challenging weeks ever at QueensLander. Extremely busy, and so many things going on. Some challenges with internet connections, but we are doing fine. We'll pull out of this week on better footing, plus we have another Travel Italy webinar Saturday morning.

Please come to us for small group Italy tours and small group tours to Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Scotland, Australia, and New Zealand. We are the experts on small group tours of 16 guests or less. In fact, we started the concept! It's been interesting to see others try to copy it, but I think we have an edge in our Tour Captains.

We have a great bunch of tour captains in the field; they are the ones who put the finishing touches on any tour that we lead! There's much work that goes into it from the very beginning, of course. I don't want to dismiss that, but our guys in the field are the ones who really clinch the whole deal and make us look our best. It's the satisfaction of the customer with the end product that matters the most, and we do our best to make our customers pleased. Makes the day to day challenge of running the business worth it all.
