It's always very important to do these trips to make sure that we have carefully thought out our small group tours every step of the way. We always want to make sure that our customers will get the best accommodations, in the most centrally-located areas possible. Being in the heart of these grand cities makes it so much easier to get around and places you close to the sites you want to see. We also like to be aware of any potential issues in regard to transportation, such as difficulty our guests might have navigating subways, stairs, etc. Nothing can be left to chance in preparation for your small group tour with QueensLander!

The Importance of Site Checks in Tour Planning
Our Director of Operations, Sherry Moore, is back today from a whirlwind trip to Milan, Venice, Paris, and London. She and Tour Captain Caron Guillo went over to do site checks on a number of vendors and hotels that we hope to use for future tours. Sherry happened to be in Venice during Carnival, so it was great that the folks from the Hotel Saturnia & International were able to accommodate her during that very busy time! She is back in the office this morning telling all about her trip and the unique experiences she had.
