Small group tours are our focus. We've worked hard to refine our core product and to expand to new destinations. Italy's Great Cities, Northern Italy, Tuscan Hill Towns, The Passion of Spain & Portugal, The Romance of Ireland & Scotland, The adventure of Australia & New Zealand: all of these tours make us happy, and we hope, in turn, will make others happy to experience them. The Reward of Making People Happy
Well, here we are again. Another day in the life of a tour operator. There is so much to do it's not funny! Growing a business is, without doubt, challenging, but rewarding. There are so many aspects to consider every day, from sales, to marketing, to employees, to operations. It can all be a little overwhelming sometimes. The one element that continually drives us, though, is a desire to be the best we can be, to create a truly stellar product and to deliver that product without fail. Ultimately, we want to make people happy, and that's what we strive to do each and every day! Yes, pleasing people can be difficult; I don't care how hard you try, but at the end of the day, it's rewarding to know that we've done our best.
